Account Based Marketing Manager

Job Description

• Ideate and execute personalized account-based marketing campaigns to drive awareness and engagement resulting in net new sales opportunities with target accounts • Coordinate with in-house & agency designers to develop campaign themes and assets • Work with Content Strategists to develop content distribution plans across marketing channels • Continually monitor and iterate on campaign efforts after launch to optimize and drive incremental leads • Act as a liaison between the Marketing and Sales Teams to develop strategies and tactics designed to penetrate targeted accounts • Responsible for the implementation, and management of effective account-based marketing campaigns • Help build an ABM scorecard to measure and track account engagement via various marketing channels

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS • Experience with intent-based tools like DemandBase, 6Sense, Terminus, and Bombora • Proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking • Positive can-do attitude, with the ability to work with marketing and sales professionals • Experience building, launching, and maintaining ABM/ABX campaigns and target account programs • Understanding of the marketing and sales funnel, buyer’s journey stages, and sales pipeline metrics • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Team player with the ability to collaborate and also work independently • Bachelor’s Degree or higher required. BS, BA, or MBA in Marketing preferred
