Salary: $120,000 - $155,000 a year

Job Description

• The Sr HR Business Partner (HRBP) will support the global Legal and Marketing functions by serving as a strategic liaison between these business units, central HR teams, and HR leadership • The HRBP will assess organizational needs and translate them into strategic people plans • This role requires clear communication, professional interpersonal skills, and the ability to operate in an innovative environment • The HRBP will prioritize initiatives with the highest impact, focusing on broad organizational improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred) • Minimum of 8 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 5 years in a HRBP role supporting global leaders • Proven experience in a global or multinational company • Global Mindset: Develop programs and services with a global perspective, ensuring customization for regional needs • Ruthless Prioritization: Make effective tradeoff decisions and prioritize work based on effort and impact • Data and Analytics: Utilize data to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives • Mechanistic Thinking: Implement mechanisms to scale operations and enhance organizational capacity • Balanced Perspective: Combine detailed analysis with strategic thinking to drive business performance • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment • Trust Building: Build strong relationships with business leaders and employees through clear and direct communication • Resilience: Demonstrate grit and determination in the face of challenges and change • Progress Over Perfection: Embrace an agile approach, focusing on experimentation and continuous improvement • High Judgment: Make informed decisions considering diverse opinions and the broader context
