Talent Acquisition Manager
Job Location: California
Job Description
• Responsible for managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Sourcing with LinkedIn recruiter as well professional/social media, prescreening, scheduling, facilitating interviews, extending offers and developing employment agreements • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager in planning, developing, and implementing talent acquisition strategies for the company
Qualifications
• Recruiting experience (3 years) Required • LinkedIn Recruiter experience (2 years) is Required • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience (2 years) is Required • Experience with various sourcing strategies is a plus • Experience in healthcare is a plus • Prescreening experience is a plus • Outstanding excel, word and graphic design skills are necessary
