Principal Product Manager, Lending Partnerships
Job Location: Remote
Salary: $187,900 - $260,000 a year
Job Description
• Strategy – Develop and own the long-term roadmap in your area. Understand the needs of lending partners and the current market landscape to define products and go to market paths to meet their needs. What are their business objectives and how are those decisions made? What are the best ways to address those needs and expand the impact of our underwriting models and loan products? • Execution – Work with our engineering, design, analytics and functional customer facing teams to build and ship on the product roadmap. Effectively balance quality, speed and scope to deliver successful outcomes from your shipped features. • Communication – effectively work with all levels of leadership and adjacent teams to build buy in, support and awareness on your initiatives. Consider nuanced tradeoffs within your products and manage the impacts on adjacent teams. Earn trust across a range of stakeholders and partners. • Go to market – lead the go to market process, user testing, program success criteria, rollout strategy, and coordination with partner teams for successful launches and post-launch iteration.
Qualifications
• 7-10+ years of product experience • Experience with product management or product design with a focus on software products and technologies • BA/BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience • Experience at a growth-stage company, tech company, or management consulting firm • Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends; excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills • Experience with product management and software development using an Agile development methodology • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales Customer Support, Finance or Marketing; understanding of full-funnel conversion best practices (e.g. distribution strategies, funnel conversion, operational go-to-market)
