Global Director, Flex Talent

Job Description

• Responsible for designing, developing, and leading flex staff management strategies and operations globally • Create flex talent recruitment strategies and sustainable frameworks • Support all agencies and divisions in WPP portfolio across all markets • Measure the success of flex staffing programs across markets • Tell the story through data to establish reporting cadences • Enhance procurement and VMO frameworks

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic operations around flex staffing or recruiting • Experience leading international global teams • Ability to manage through influence with exceptional organizational, communication, and collaboration skills • High comfort level with data visualization platforms • Preferred working experience in a large, complex, international business • Experience in an industry where customer experiences are instant and impactful • Proficient in developing stakeholder communications to all audience types
