Legal Specialist - Litigation and Investigations

Job Description

• Lead organization, collection and management of information related to product litigation matters • Partner with counsel to guide team members and custodians on litigation and investigations process • Develop and improve processes and dashboards • Improve internal processes related to knowledge management • Flex to Legal Operations team to support billing, vendor management and tooling projects • Remain current on trends to support adaptation and implementation of record retention • Coordinate and develop content/arrange speakers for knowledge sharing meetings

Qualifications

• 7+ years of prior litigation experience • detailed and in-depth understanding of the litigation life-cycle • experience partnering with a wide variety of teams • high level of enthusiasm for working collaboratively • experience with latest ediscovery technology • experience working with or at an automotive or technology company • experience supporting and partnering with product counsel and regulatory teams • experience supporting product litigation and investigation matters • in-house or trial experience
