Sr. Director, Clinical Training & Quality of Coding Operations

Job Description

• Overseeing and optimizing the training and quality of the clinical department’s operations • Assuring Reveleer has a top in class training/onboarding and quality program • Drive accuracy and continuous improvement of the coding processes • Collaborate with HR to recruit, hire, and onboard coding professionals • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for coding productivity and accuracy • Develop reports that showcase productivity, quality, and employee engagement trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) required • Experience working in Payer HCC Risk and Quality Program • Experience with HEDIS Measures • 5 years’ experience managing Coding Operations
