Head of Strategic Finance

Job Description

• Leading core strategic financial and planning processes • Ensuring quality analytics and reporting • Partnering with product, business, and departmental leaders • Providing financial analysis and decision support • Supporting the CFO in communications • Overseeing and ensuring compliance with FP&A-related SOX controls • Attracting, leading, developing, exciting and retaining a high-performance team

Qualifications

• 15+ years of demonstrated success leading strategic finance and planning • 10+ years of proven leadership and management experience • First-class financial analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills • Ability to structure, manage, and coordinate complex projects • Broad and deep knowledge of corporate finance and business planning • A get things done mindset • Deep curiosity about the impact of technology on the global financial system • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite
