Senior Inside Systems Engineer - Remote PNW

Job Description

• Deliver engaging customer presentations and demonstrations in live and virtual settings • Collaborate with customers and partners to translate business objectives into technical requirements • Conduct remote configuration reviews with customers • Independently consult with customer base to provide technical expertise on data protection • Maintain close coordination with internal teams • Collaborate closely with Product Management • Manage accounts at a technical level to support upsell and cross-selling • Participate and support technical sales cycles • Thrive in a fast-paced territory • Organize work efficiently utilizing tools like Salesforce.com • Work effectively and autonomously in a remote environment • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills • Provide technical expertise and product support for channel partners

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in solution sales, technical presales, post-sales, or technical support • Industry-based expertise in data protection technologies • Strongly desired experience in storage, networking, and cloud technologies • Proficiency in key technologies including VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, AHV, RHV, etc. • Proven ability to work independently in dynamic environments • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts • Strong adaptability to changing roles and responsibilities • Exceptional time management skills • Aptitude for fast learning • Experience with Linux and containerization beneficial • Willingness and capability to travel up to 10 – 15%
