FP&A Manager

Job Description

• Establish and lead the FP&A function, developing tailored processes and frameworks for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis that align with our offerings • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights for accurate financial forecasting • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and variances • Develop financial models for risk assessment, pricing strategies, and growth planning • Work closely with the executive team to set financial targets that support strategic goals • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry benchmarks to inform financial strategies • Monitor and manage cash flow, identifying optimization opportunities and risk mitigation • Provide guidance on pricing structures, cost analysis, and profitability • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial role • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and financial analysis • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial planning software; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights • Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines • Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement
