Senior Publisher Success Manager

Job Description

• Independently manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 publisher partnerships • Conduct in-person QBRs at top publisher offices • Discuss industry trends to develop publisher strategy • Expert on GumGum’s products, tools, and platforms • Identify and resolve account management bottlenecks • Manage internal projects supporting the team • Escalate technical issues to Solutions Engineers and manage partner communications • Monitor daily reports to identify trends or issues • Identify and present partner growth opportunities for new revenue via upsells • Support publisher onboarding with solutions engineering and partner management teams

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business (Advertising/Marketing) or similar • 4-6 years in digital media/ad tech • Account management experience in ad tech • Experience with JIRA, Zendesk, Google Sheets • Data analysis skills • Familiarity with media industry, digital advertising, ad tech • Multitasking and prioritization skills • Clear verbal and written communication • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, GSuite • Passion for media and aiding publishers • Desire to build beneficial partnerships and work with diverse clients • Operational capacity and interest in ad tech trends
