Senior Publisher Success Manager

Job Description

• Independently manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 publisher partnerships with top websites • Conduct in-person QBRs at top publisher offices • Discuss industry trends with partners to develop publisher strategy • Expert on GumGum’s products, tools, and platforms • Identify and resolve account management bottlenecks • Manage internal projects supporting the team • Escalate technical issues to Solutions Engineers and manage partner communications • Monitor daily reports to identify trends or issues • Identify and present partner growth opportunities for new revenue via upsells • Support publisher onboarding with solutions engineering and partner management teams

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business (Advertising/Marketing) or similar experience • 4-6 years in digital media/ad tech • Startup experience is a plus • Account management experience in ad tech • Familiarity with JIRA, Zendesk, Google Sheets, and ticketing systems • Data analysis skills • Multitasking and prioritization skills • Clear verbal and written communication • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, GSuite • Team player with ownership mentality • Passion for media and aiding publishers • Desire to build beneficial partnerships and work with diverse clients • Operational capacity and interest in ad tech trends
