Compensation and Program Manager

Job Location: Remote

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 a year

Job Description

• Develop, implement, and administer innovative compensation programs aligned with the company's strategic goals • Guide the business through the annual merit and bonus planning process • Ensure company compliance with federal and state laws governing compensation • Create and deploy HR reporting and analytics strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Math, Science, Business, HR, or related field preferred) • 3-5 years proven, related experience in an analytical role • 3+ years with a focus on compensation within a private or public company environment • Experience in supporting and developing guidelines, processes, and procedures for a compensation program • Experience in the clinical research/life sciences industry is a plus
