Employee Relations Manager

Job Description

• Create and oversee employee relations strategy • Design, plan, and implement employee relations programs • Serve as primary point of contact for escalations • Facilitate performance coaching and improvement plans • Conduct thorough investigations • Document and maintain employee relations records/database • Collect data for policy amendment/implementation • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employee relations • Bachelor’s Degree • Law or advanced degree strongly preferred
