Controller

Job Description

• As the Controller, you will be a key leader on our growing Finance team. You will lead all aspects of Accounting including ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, overseeing treasury operations, establishing and enforcing effective controls, managing risk, and leading tax compliance. This role requires a hands-on, ambitious leader to scale the capabilities of our accounting team to support the company’s growth

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, Licensed CPA, public accounting experience preferred • 10+ years experience in roles of increasing responsibility. Ideally a combination of both large company experience and startup experience • Strong leadership skills and track record of building and leading teams in a high-growth environment • Successfully designed, implemented, and optimized financial systems, including an ERP • Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing financial data
