QA Engineer

Job Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement robust and scalable solutions for a growing e-commerce catalog • Conduct thorough code reviews and guide team toward continuous improvement • Perform & develop thorough QA testing including cross-browser/platform compatibility • Create, own, and maintain our comprehensive technical documentation • Build out and improve our CI/CD pipelines • Lead root cause analysis, including initial analysis, cross functional problem solving, bug resolution efforts, and documentation of resolutions • Stay updated with industry best practices to implement cutting-edge QA methodologies and tools

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in development • 2+ years of strong QA automation and testing experience • Writes clean modular code and wants to craft beautiful customer-facing experiences • Proficiency in JavaScript, React, CSS, & HTML • Excellent knowledge of QA automation tools, methodologies, and processes • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or BigCommerce, preferred • Use of a react framework such as Gatsby or Next in a production environment, preferred • Self-starter with a passion for learning and continuous improvement • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
