Sr. Program Manager, Business Operations

Salary: $125,900 - $185,200 a year
Job Description
• You will play a pivotal role in driving transformative change within our fast-growing SaaS company. Leveraging your expertise, you will shape the program management office, to drive execution and accelerated value realization. Your strategic vision and leadership will empower us to achieve the following: • Strategic Program Leadership: Align with the organization's objectives and vision. Your extensive experience will guide us in ensuring that programs are strategically aligned, preventing misalignment and enhancing overall program effectiveness. • Develop and execute strategic plans for transformational projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. • Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, or organizational changes. • Work with cross-functional teams to drive project success and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. • Oversee the allocation of resources across projects, ensuring optimal utilization and balancing workloads. • Facilitate daily Scrum calls, ensuring they are productive, focused, and adhere to Scrum principles. • Prepare and deliver regular updates to senior leadership, providing insights into project status, risks, and mitigation strategies. • Stakeholder Engagement: Drawing upon your wealth of experience, you will engage stakeholders effectively. Your clear communication and ability to secure buy-in for program initiatives will keep everyone aligned with our common goals. • OKR Alignment: Your deep knowledge of program management will enable us to align program objectives seamlessly with our organizational OKRs. Qualifications
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic program management leadership, operations and value realization • Lead Scrum teams, conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives • Utilize JIRA to manage and track project progress, tasks, and issues • Foster an Agile culture and implement best practices to optimize team performance • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change in a dynamic environment • Knowledge in Reach to Retention, Order to Revenue, Digital Workplace functional and technology landscape • Strategy Alignment: Deep knowledge in understanding, application, and operationalization of OKRs processes, framework, and best practices to meet the organization's strategic goals, objectives, and outcomes • Mastery in defining and executing change management strategies, ensuring smooth transitions during technology adoptions • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Vendor Management: Expertise in negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and selecting appropriate technology solutions • The ability to think strategically, align digital initiatives with business goals, and drive positive outcomes • User-Centric Approach: Experience in designing user-centric experience and solutions that enhance Zeo's day in life and work • Process Optimization: Experience in optimizing program management workflows and processes to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the tools • Data-Driven Decision Making: Demonstrated capability to leverage data insights for informed decision-making and continuous improvement
