Payroll & Equity Specialist

Job Description

• Overseeing end-to-end semi-monthly payroll for 700+ employees in a multi-state environment plus a small Canadian population. • Serve as the primary contact for payroll and equity matters supporting North American colleagues in the US and Canada. • Support in maintaining compliance, driving process improvements, and supporting employees.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in payroll and ideally in equity administration • strong knowledge of multi-state US/Canadian statutory legislation • Excellent data skills, specifically Excel/Sheet, skills and a helpful disposition • strong customer service skills and a keen and can-do attitude • Payroll qualifications are desirable, as is experience using Dayforce, our payroll system • Experience with equity platforms and public company share plans
