Senior Inclusion & Diversity Program Manager

Job Description

• Implement deliverables to achieve I&D strategy • Analyze and interpret data related to I&D initiatives • Establish clear governance and goals for ERGs • Create, drive, evolve and maintain operating rhythms to support ERG program's strategic goals • Responsible for the application, election, and training of ERG leads • Meet regularly with ERG leads and members • Create strategies to strengthen global ERG participation and collaboration • Report progress on ERG efforts and drive communication strategy

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in HR or I&D • 4+ years implementing I&D programs supporting ERGs globally • Ability to distill complex ideas into clear guidance and communications • Outstanding stakeholder management, verbal and written communication skills • Be an empathetic listener to concerns raised within communities • Experience managing complex, cross functional projects • Ability to demonstrate awareness and understanding of multiple facets of diversity
