Client Strategy Manager, Strategic

Job Description

• Take ownership of relationships with strategic clients in a consultative and data-driven fashion. • Run programs and own client relationships at strategic goal alignment during implementation. • Design and implement strategic account plans and identify opportunities to expand clients' suite of Attentive products. • Have the latitude and autonomy to navigate technical and strategic aspects of client relationships. • Represent Attentive at in-person meetings, events, and functions. • Responsible for accurate revenue and renewal forecasting.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of CS or Account Management experience required. • Strong understanding of growth and retention techniques and strategies. • Previously have worked closely with engineering and product teams. • Comfortable learning new software. • Experience navigating complex work processes and changing teams. • Extremely detail oriented and organized. • Experience in Salesforce or related CRM tools and Customer Service Software such as Catalyst. • Interest in software and entrepreneurship.
