Content Consultant: Operations Leadership (contract; part time)

Salary: $65 - $75 a year
Job Description
• The Content Consultant - Operations Leadership will play a key role in developing and collaborating with the Correlation One content team • Your objective is to build content and resources for participants to learn about Operations Leadership synchronously and asynchronously over sixteen weeks
Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience in leadership and development, operations leadership, or another related field • Experience developing content and training materials • Experience with training on topics such as: people management, conflict resolution, collaboration, decision making, etc. • Impeccable writing and communication skills • Fluent in English
Benefits
• An estimation of the range for this position is $65 - $75/hr
