Job Description
• Oversee a growing team of SaaS Sales Managers • Develop and implement coaching and management best practices • Develop strategic sales plans • Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with Sales Managers • Establish and enforce best practices in lead qualification • Drive to achieve targeted outcomes • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams • Provide regular reporting and analysis on forecasting • Represent Sojern at industry events
Qualifications
• 8+ years of sales and business development experience • 5+ years of SaaS leadership experience • Strong background in the hospitality technology sector • Strong understanding of Guest Journey/Experience tools • Knowledge of digital media and distribution strategies • Analytical mind • Fantastic relationship management skills • Strong presenter • Adept stakeholder management • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
