Job Description
• As an operations leader, you’ll build the foundation of a company capable of hyper-growth and scale • Make product and operational decisions that impact the user and allow the company to move quickly • Ensure the best experience for important stakeholders • Manage partnerships with providers and insurance companies • Own provider and patient success • Design external and internal products/tools to deliver best-in-class experiences • Drive revenue growth and profitability
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree • 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources • 1-3 years minimum in a Supervisory/Management role within Human Resources • HRIS system experience • Experience with Professional Development Plans
