Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading and scaling engineering organizations within the healthcare sector, with a strong focus on SaaS development. • Solid understanding of data and analytics, including healthcare regulatory requirements and industry best practices. • Proven experience in implementing an offshore strategy that complements a successful onshore engineering organization or in thoroughly evaluating such an option and deciding against it to better support an onshore engineering organization. • Proven track record of strategic leadership, with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals and drive organizational growth. • Strong technical background in software design, architecture, and development, with expertise in agile methodologies and DevOps practices. • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a commitment to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Experience in achieving and maintaining industry certifications such as SOC2 and HITRUST. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Strategic thinker with a long-term perspective and proven track record for turning big ideas into actionable plans that get executed and deployed.
