Sales Analyst

Job Description

• Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights to optimize the performance of the sales team • Develop programming to extract and manipulate data • Perform analysis on business policies, processes, and performance related to Sales and Marketing initiatives • Establish performance monitoring metrics and reporting mechanisms to track project performance on Sales operations • Summarize analysis findings and present to various levels at the Company • Work with Engineering to enhance CRM, Sales, and Marketing data structures • Identify future business opportunities/needs and develop strategies to address them

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher • 3 to 5 years’ experience using SAS, SQL, Sigma, Snowflake, or other data analytics platforms • 3 to 5 years’ experience in data analytics in finance, marketing/ad-tech, or other quantitative fields • Experience with large data manipulation and analysis • Experience running and creating reports in an analytical tool or in a business intelligence setting
