Human Resources Associate - US
Job Location: Manhattan, New York
Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 a year
Job Description
• While the main function of this role will be supporting benefits, compensation, and payroll, you will also have opportunities to get involved in select initiatives and ad-hoc projects across the Human Capital Management team • Day-to-day responsibilities include ad-hoc reporting requests, updating various compensation and HRIS systems, and relationship management with employees and leaders
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (3-5 years of experience working in a professional environment) • Experience with an HRIS, preferably Workday • Experience with processing a payroll system, preferably ADP Workforce Now • An understanding of compensation market data and experience with benchmarking submissions • Experience with administering a year-end compensation process with discretionary incentives • Experience running benefits orientations and resolving issues related to benefits claims • Experience in managing employee leave plans (Parental Leave, FMLA, STD, LTD, etc.) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Analytical skills and expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Process-oriented and very strong attention to detail • Efficient time management and strong sense of urgency • Ability to work independently, apply judgement and discretion, as well as be part of a team
