Premium Support Engineer
Job Location: Remote
Salary: $96,000 - $120,000 a year
Job Description
• Act as the primary technical contact for premium customers • Own and manage support tickets for assigned customers • Provide proactive guidance and best practices to customers • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure customer success • Develop deep customer relationships and facilitate discussions about IT architecture
Qualifications
• 5+ years in a technical customer facing role • Experience in Troubleshooting web-based applications • Experience with Java, REST API and SSO • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience • Not eligible for visa sponsorship
