Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Description

• Responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the Form Energy ERP system • Work closely with stakeholders, including the executive team, department managers, and end-users • Ensure the ERP system meets organizational requirements and objectives • Responsible for project management, planning, and execution of the ERP system • Develop comprehensive change management plans and ensure ERP compliance with applicable regulations • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver on the project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field and 5+ years of experience • Demonstrated performance in project management of ERP implementation and maintenance in innovative, fast-moving enterprises • Good familiarity with ERP systems, vendors, workflows, implementation methodologies, and contractors • Specific knowledge of an ERP ecosystem is a must • Experience implementing ERP for manufacturing businesses strongly preferred • Excellent knowledge of project management tools and software • Experience working with and project managing across diverse teams, supervising multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail • Independent contributor and generous team player • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines • Excellent communication and organizational skills
