Job Description

• As a People Operations Intern, you will play a key role in supporting People Team initiatives by identifying operational efficiencies in existing processes, providing high-quality service to our employees, and owning a set of foundational projects. You are passionate about People Operations and committed to providing high-quality service to all those you interact with. You are outcome-oriented, and pursue solutions in a thoughtful, iterative, and empathetic way. • You are a critical thinker and have a keen eye for detail, a focus on accuracy, and extraordinary customer service skills. You are motivated by improving internal processes that remove friction and enhance the employee experience. Most importantly, you find people-focused work exciting and rewarding. Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at an accredited university. • Background in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or related field. • If a current student, taking the full fall 2024 semester off (3-4 months) to work at Palantir. Candidates cannot be enrolled in university classes.
