Senior Security Engineer, IAM

Job Description

• Design, develop, implement, integrate, automate, and improve IAM at Motional • Manage, maintain, and improve IAM solutions and integrations including Okta, JumpCloud, Active Directory, Aquera • Provide subject matter expertise in IAM for cloud and on-premise technologies • Define, automate processes for regular access reviews by Application Owners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering disciplines or equivalent combination of education and experience • 5+ years of full-time experience administering, scaling, and troubleshooting in Okta • Cybersecurity and/or Technology specific certifications (i.e. CISSP, CISM, Okta certifications) • Ability to research and ascertain best-practices concepts relative to all aspects of both system environment and information security • Ability to lead and influence security goals indirectly and provide clear direction for adoption of security principles • Superior communication skills, both oral and written • Ability to work independently, problem solve, and bring attention to issues when needed • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Ability to consistently meet deadlines while simultaneously working on multiple projects
