Senior Technical Recruiter

Job Description

• We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. You will take ownership of the entire recruitment process for critical roles across some of our engineering teams. This is an opportunity for a proven recruiter to leverage their deep technical knowledge and strong sourcing skills to build a best-in-class talent pipeline for Hayden.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment. Prior startup experience is a plus. • Proven track record of successfully placing high-caliber engineers in hardware, device software, and perception engineering roles. • In-depth knowledge of hardware, device software, and perception engineering principles, with the ability to translate technical requirements into clear candidate profiles. • Strong understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process, with a focus on proactive sourcing and building a robust talent pipeline. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex conversations with both hiring managers and senior-level candidates. • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. • Demonstrated expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other relevant recruiting technologies.
