Product Manager

Job Description

• This product manager role focuses on identifying opportunities, creating product visions and roadmaps, and leading the development and launch of innovative products • Work with cross-functional teams to translate user research and market data into product requirements, ensuring successful product launches • Act as a bridge between technical teams, design teams, product marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure alignment on product goals, timelines, and priorities • Guide the development of prototypes and minimum viable products (MVPs) to test and validate hypotheses with real users • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product and monitor these metrics closely • Regularly communicate with all stakeholders, including customers, investors, and internal team members • Keep an eye on competitors and the broader market to understand emerging trends, technologies, and potential threats. Use this information to inform strategic decisions and keep the product competitive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • 5+ years product management or related industry experience • Demonstrated experience building and developing B2G products • Proven ability to ideate, develop and bring new products to market • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a plus • Track record of working in a technical environment with a cross-functional team to drive product vision, define requirements, coordinate resources, and define KPIs and milestones • Strong presentation skills for delivering technical information • Expertise in data analysis, including handling complex, large-scale datasets and making data-driven decisions • Skilled at requirements gathering from diverse stakeholders and translating them into product solutions
