Controller

Job Description

• RocketReach is looking for a Controller to help support the continued expansion of the business • Responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s control processes and accounting policies, maintaining the general ledger, leading the monthly close process, preparing monthly financial statements, managing tax, and treasury • Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and is located on the East Coast in the United States.

Qualifications

• Obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • 10 years of accounting experience, preferably within the SaaS industry • Experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller at a Venture Capital or Private Equity backed company • Apply advanced knowledge of Excel to analyze financial data, create models, and streamline accounting processes • Ensure compliance with GAAP principles and standards in all financial activities and reporting, CPA preferred • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes
