Principal Visual Designer

Job Description

• Elevate the quality and detail of experiences • Craft consistency across experiences • Provide guidance and training • Own visual language and interaction patterns • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and fellow designers for exceptional customer experience • Contribute to design team best practices and processes

Qualifications

• More than 12 years of visual and/or UI design experience • Demonstrated impact on process and business results • Ability to connect-the-dots in product areas • Contribution to design team processes and utilization of systems thinking for presentation-layer components and primitives
