Senior Customer Success Manager

Job Description

• Work directly with the Business Development and the Service Operations teams to develop handoff workflows and transition processes to provide a seamless experience for our customers • Build and Scale the Customer Success team based on appropriate business metrics • Collect regular feedback from customers and recommend improvements or our products, operations, and other processes as needed Handle day-to-day communications with customers • Manage the monthly customer invoicing process • Create a process to measure the health of each account and the entirety of our client portfolio • Manage upsell and revenue growth opportunities within the current client base

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading operations or customer success teams • The ability to both think strategically and execute on key projects and tasks • Experience developing complex workflows and defining organizational processes • The ability to work with stakeholders across different departments and levels • Superior client communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
