Product Manager - Activation

Job Description

• Define and communicate product vision, goals, and roadmap based on market research and business objectives. • Gather requirements, prioritize features, and balance short-term needs with long-term goals. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories and specifications. • Lead product development process from concept to launch, ensuring quality and user satisfaction. • Define KPIs, monitor product metrics, and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement. • Communicate product updates and milestones to stakeholders, fostering alignment and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management, growth hacking, or related roles, in a technology-driven environment. • Data-driven: you understand how to leverage data to derive insights and guide product decisions • Execution-oriented: you’re highly organized; you’re comfortable managing many work streams; you know how to make the right trade-offs; you help teams ship on time • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation, coupled with a strong focus on execution and results. • Collaborative and low-ego: you work well with all kinds of personalities; you are able to rally multiple teams around your objectives.
