Director or VP of Product Management (Remote- US Based)

Job Description
• As the Director and/or VP of Product Management for one of Togetherwork’s product groups, you'll spearhead the effort to define, develop, and execute a product consolidation strategy to combine various products across multiple verticals. You will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, elevating user experience, and ensuring our products align with the company's overarching vision and objectives. It's a leadership position that demands a blend of technical prowess, market acumen, and exceptional management skills.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 10 years experience: You bring extensive experience in product management, with a significant portion (at least 10 years) in leadership roles focused on product strategy and execution. You not only have experience managing multiple products but also experience managing multiple product managers/owners, guiding them toward successful outcomes. • Proven track record: Your history speaks volumes. You've implemented product management best practices while successfully taking products to market, fueling business growth, and consistently delivering value to customers. Experience with large-scale multi-vertical products is highly desirable • Leadership finesse: You excel in leading and managing teams, inspiring them to reach ambitious goals and driving a culture of excellence. • Strategic prowess: Your strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities are top-notch. You rely on data to drive your decisions and always keep your eye on the bigger picture. • Communication mastery: Your communication and interpersonal skills are exceptional, allowing you to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. • Tech-savvy: You possess a deep understanding of product development methodologies, market dynamics, and emerging technologies. • Agile adaptability: You thrive in fast-paced, agile environments, adept at swiftly adapting to shifting priorities and requirements.
