Job Description

• Develop, implement, and improve data analysis and visualization tools • Analyze diverse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations • Apply statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to extract insights • Develop predictive models • Optimize algorithms for accuracy and performance • Create visualizations and reports • Collaborate with partners to understand data needs and objectives • Design automated reporting systems • Stay updated on emerging trends in data science • Explore innovative approaches to address public health challenges • Prepare documentation and share improvements • Attend training and learning opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Epidemiology, or related field • Minimum 5 years of related experience • Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, PHP, SAS, SQL, C, C++, JAVA, JavaScript • Advanced-level proficiency in ‘Big Data’ data analytics solutions • Demonstrated experience with AI and Machine Learning • Experience deploying and automating data pipelines • Knowledge of AWS Data Lake scripting, programming, machine learning and AI web services
