Sr. Marketing Associate, Operations & Analytics

Job Description

• Define the strategy for marketing operations, including process, analytics, reporting, and campaign optimizations • Distribute and optimize marketing campaigns and collateral across new and existing channels, especially paid media • Analyze performance to inform successful campaign planning, lead generation tracking, channel expansion and optimization, and novel activations • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success teams to derive value-based insights for use in marketing collateral • Help maintain privacy and data compliance throughout all Marketing operations

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience conducting marketing data analysis and providing strategic recommendations to marketing initiatives • Fluency with marketing analytics and tracking tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Paid Social platforms. • Experience analyzing large amounts of dynamic data and visualizing key insights • Understanding of enterprise software concepts and sales process including sales pipelines, Account Based Marketing, and pre-sales • Excellent communication and project management skills • A self-driven problem solver
