Associate, Risk Reporting and Analytics

Job Description

• Assist the Enterprise Risk Team in creating and enhancing the risk reporting requirements, committee management reporting, and regulatory deliverables • Collect, analyze, and present data to help the team visualize material risks and trends to make data-driven decisions • Review, design, and analyze risk dashboards • Ensure data integrity and accuracy of reporting • Work with Enterprise Risk Management Lead and Head of Risk to develop agenda items and escalations for board and internal management committee meetings, while also preparing concise summaries, reports, and metrics for various stakeholders including management, auditors, regulators, and executive leadership • Manage committee governance activities, including drafting risk reporting guidance and preparing materials for review

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in creating and building risk reporting, with a background in financial services or cryptocurrency-related industries • Strong analytical background with knowledge of SQL, Python, or a BI tool (Looker preferred) • Knowledge of the broader financial markets • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Experience with effective communication with all levels of an organization, given the high visibility of this role
