Production Program Manager

Job Description

• Responsible for coordinating overall activities within the Production teams to ensure production launch timing and alignment • Act as the liaison between the Production department and the Engineering Program Management team to convey project status • Establish and optimize efficiency-focused project management processes • Monitor and report on program status in an effective manner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in an engineering discipline • Minimum of 5-10 years of work experience in Program Management in an automotive sector. Startup experience is a plus • Proficient in Google Suite/Workspace: Google Docs, Sheets, Slides • Experience working in SmartSheets (or MS Project) • Experience working in Atlassian Jira • Experience in Tableau • Ability to contribute to other activities outside of primary job responsibilities • Ability to manage and complete projects from ideation to completion • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner • Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
