Job Location: Manhattan, New York
Salary: $106,400 - $125,000 a year
Job Description
• Provide wide range of support to program, fundraising, and operations teams • Function primarily as a fund formation specialist • Coordinate legal involvement in transactions
Qualifications
• Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing funds and transactional law • Strong organizational and diplomacy skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
