Talent Acquisition Intern

Job Description

• Owns job postings and advertisement processes • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates • Owns the interview process, attending and conducting interviews • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or People Team during the offer process, identifying salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies • Manage candidate pipeline using our ATS system, Greenhouse • Support recruiting efforts for all open org positions (including hourly and salaried) • Schedule and manage applicant interviews with relevant hiring manager and cross-functional partners

Qualifications

• Available to work in-person Monday through Friday • Highly organized and effective communicator • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems • Proficient with Google Suite or related software applications • Collaborative & able to work in a fast-paced environment • Great organization and attention to detail • Able to work independently

Benefits

• Rate: $20/hour • Expected weekly schedule: 20-30 hours per week • Duration: 12 weeks (with flexibility depending on the candidate and business needs)
