Staff Visual and Motion Designer

Job Description

• Own the end-to-end user experience for one or two product verticals • Influence EarnIn’s product vision and design strategy • Ensure a consistent experience & design language across the platform • Execute and contribute to the design system and processes

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience working with product teams to ship consumer products • Skilled collaborator with excellent etiquette • Immaculate visual design taste and skills • Mastery of typography, color, shape, and layout • Industry-leading craft skills, proficient in Figma • Prolific maker with proven principles and tools • Excellent thinking and communication skills • Skilled at arguing for your point of view and giving/receiving feedback • Curious, works from customer needs first • Passion for impactful financial technology

Benefits

• US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000 - $231,000 + equity + benefits. • Hybrid work from the office each week with 2 days in the office
