Sr Revenue Operations Analyst

Job Description

• Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models, ensuring accuracy and reliability. • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to streamline revenue operations processes and enhance data integrity. • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights on revenue performance and opportunities for improvement. • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize the end-to-end revenue cycle, including lead generation, sales funnel management, and customer retention. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create detailed reports to track revenue metrics and trends. • Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth and operational efficiency. • Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to solve complex business problems and inform decision-making. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue operations, ensuring the company remains competitive and innovative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related analytical role. • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. • Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and bonus for Clari. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex data to diverse audiences.
