Qualifications
• Global recruiting experience and/or ability to deeply understand different markets • Experience in FinTech and/or crypto industry • Experience recruiting in growth stage companies emphasizing equity • Extensive high-volume Recruiting experience • Strong communication skills • Desire to build a culture of transparency
