HR Operations Senior Associate

Job Description

• Independently interpret and administer leave programs in accordance with applicable federal, state and Company policies • Manage all US immigration needs • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and employees • Provide a speedy and efficient response to day to day HR Ops questions from employees • Assist with ad-hoc tasks/projects • Handle admin tasks that support the PET Ops team

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in an HR, Operations, or similar role • Knowledge of relevant state and federal laws, regulations, policies and procedures • Experience administering leaves within a multi-state organization, and tracking leave usage in accordance with federal and state regulations • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, including medical documentation, with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively explain complex information to employees and stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to independently research and analyze related issues • Collaborative team player, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide empathetic support to employees during challenging times • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation • Eager & excited to learn new skills within an HR team • Ability to be proactive, solution oriented and take your own initiative • Basic knowledge of Human Resources functions, duties, and willingness to learn more • Experience with G-suite is a huge plus
