Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager
Job Location: Bay Area, California
Salary: $147,621 - $184,526 a year
Job Description
• Collaborate with marketing leadership and global marketing teams to understand and anticipate analytics needs, translate into reporting requirements, and work with centralized analytics team to execute. • Standardize marketing funnel definitions and reporting for the marketing org across reporting systems and dashboards: MQL, conversion rates, Opportunity, Pipeline, Influence/Attribution. • Evaluate metrics and reporting used within Marketing and across 3rd party agencies, ensure all meet best practices and requirements for the organization, follow consistent definitions and usage. • Own the analytics roadmap, manage backlog, prioritize based on changing requirements • Manage and audit marketing database health, data integrations, augmentation, order of operations that powers analytics, audience targeting, and personalization while putting stewardship of our users' data first. • Build and maintain relationships to ensure alignment on goals, objectives, and prioritization. Regularly deliver updates to cross-company stakeholders • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, best practices in marketing process and tools, informing and adapting our approach as needed.
Qualifications
• 7-10 years experience in marketing, operations, and/or customer-facing consulting role preferably at high-growth SaaS or B2B product companies • Deep understanding of B2B marketing analytics such as funnel/waterfall metrics, attribution reporting, UTM tracking • Strong understanding of enterprise data structures and marketing metadata • Demonstrated experience using a variety of tools including Looker, Tableau, Bizible, Salesforce, SQL a plus. • Hands-on problem solver with proven technical background to troubleshoot and solve sophisticated problems • Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally to mitigate and troubleshoot issues
