Job Description

• Sales and Marketing Associate supporting revenue within North America business • Reporting to VP of Global Growth • Supporting new client efforts, market research, lead generation, and follow-up • Developing and managing content for marketing channels • Coordinating and executing campaigns • Analyzing performance metrics for optimization • Collaborating with cross-functional teams • Handling administrative tasks

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing agency experience in a marketing or sales related role • Familiarity with CRM (customer relationship management) software • Familiarity with Social Media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram • Strong ability to make things happen; collaborate and bring ideas to the table • Excellent people management skills • Outstanding customer service skills
