People Operations Specialist

Job Description

• Deliver new hire orientation and ensure a positive onboarding experience • Manage and maintain HRIS and employee records • Continuous improvement of processes for scalability and efficiency • Handle employee transactions in HRIS system • Manage termination processes ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements • Serve as initial point of contact for employee questions on HR topics • Collaborate with HR team to enhance onboarding procedures and employee experience

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as an HR Generalist, HR Operations, or similar role • Superior written, verbal communication skills and high attention to detail • Enjoy working in a team • 1+ years of Workday experience a plus • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent People Ops experience • Capacity to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong dedication to teamwork and meeting deadlines
